A new study from the International Council on Clean Transportation shows that policy targets that governments in the Pacific Coast region have adopted or proposed can be met with a range of low-carbon fuel options, and that by 2030 low-carbon fuels could reduce carbon dioxide emissions in the region by over 60 million tons per year.
