The Clean Energy Solutions Center, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), hosted this webinar to discuss a new report, the Top Ten Best Available Technologies for the U.S. Building Sector.

The webinar highlighted a list of energy savings technologies for the U.S. buildings sector that are innovative, reliable, widely available and have good financial value. The list covers a broad range of technologies spanning both the residential and commercial sectors, including windows, envelope, sensors and controls, lighting and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).

PNNL developed the list in collaboration with DOE under the TOP TENs Task Group of the International Partnership for Energy Efficiency Cooperation (IPEEC). The IPEEC TOP TENs Task Group is a global collaborative project to (1) identify, evaluate and disseminate the best available energy efficient technologies and practices in use today and (2) accelerate the widespread application of technological innovations worldwide.
