The Clean Energy Solutions Center worked with the government of Nouméa, New Caledonia to identify policy solutions with the goal of increasing the share of renewable energy power sources within the industrial sector. Objective analysis was provided on energy policy and strategy options for establishing renewable energy targets, renewable portfolio standards, phase-out policies, emissions standards, and carbon pricing.
