She holds an MBA and has over 12 years of experience in energy efficiency financing. Her expertise includes financial and investment analysis of microfinance and other financial institutions, including commercial banks, housing and other specialized finance companies in Central and South America, Central and Southeast Europe, and the Caucasus. Her experience includes business and partnership development, market research on energy efficiency potential, relationship and project management in both the private and public sectors, contracts and other legal documents negotiation skills, energy and financial market research and teamwork-based project management.
As a financial analyst, she has reviewed hundreds of energy efficiency projects to determine their economic interest, financial viability and risks. As a portfolio manager, she was in charge of verifying whether implemented projects were delivering the expected energy savings and associated cash flow. When working on several assignments, she prepared and delivered training activities on the economic and financial assessment of sustainable energy projects. She has strong negotiation, communication, multicultural and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
