The IEA’s Policies and Measures Databases (PAMS) offer access to information on energy-related policies and measures taken or planned in IEA member and non-member countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve energy efficiency and support renewable energy development and deployment.

These databases are available to the public free of charge.

This online service collates policy information gathered directly from governments, complemented by the policy analysis carried out by the IEA.

The Clean Energy Solutions Center is a key partner in supporting the PAMS Databases to provide a comprehensive, dynamic and broadly available clean energy policy information resource. This partnership reflects the synergistic missions of the IEA and the Solutions Center to facilitate international collaboration towards achieving a low-carbon future.
