The Clean Energy Solutions Center welcomes four new experts to its growing Ask an Expert service roster. The experts are available to consult on topics ranging from renewable energy program development and energy policy to urban sustainability and solar soft costs.

• Ryan Cook is a senior consultant at Meister Consultants Group, Inc. His expertise includes policy cost-benefit modeling analysis and community-based renewable energy programs.
• Ranell Martin Dedicatoria is a regional program manager at ICLEI Southeast Asia. His expertise includes greenhouse gas inventories and training for local governments.
• Philip Kreycik is a consultant at Meister Consultants Group, Inc. His expertise includes sustainable transportation, alternative fuel vehicle strategies and solar soft costs.
• Marvin Lagonera works with ICLEI Southeast Asia and is a lecturer at the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. His expertise includes economics, energy policy and governance and climate change mitigation.
