Today, the Clean Energy Ministerial’s Global Lighting and Energy Access Partnership (Global LEAP) opened the 2015–2016 Global LEAP Outstanding Off-Grid Appliance Awards, an international competition to identify and promote the world's highest-quality, most energy-efficient off-grid appliances.
